The company is owned and run by Alex Gipps who joined the business in 1995 as a Senior Associate. Prior to this Alex was employed as a Category Manager for HJ Heinz Co Ltd and Sales Operations Manager for Mars UK Ltd. With exposure to all elements of the marketing mix and working on major Heinz and Mars brands, Alex gained experience of utilising agencies before herself moving into the field of marketing consultancy.

Other JBA Associates are either self employed professionals or businesses with which the agency has worked over many years, whose specialist skills and experience complement those of the agency. This, combined with the company’s base in the Lincolnshire market town of Louth, permits overheads to be kept to a minimum and clients are offered a dedicated service from a highly experienced Account Manager.
